Back2Nature Wellness and Events guides individuals on a mindful exploration in the outdoors to cultivate self-awareness and gain powerful insight into living an authentic and empowered life. We do this sharing strategies, tools and insights in nature that will facilitate participants to investigate their internal environment in order to connect more deeply with themselves. This is important so that we can live a life that is less reactive, less stressful and increase our connection to ourself.
We facilitate an inner journey in the outdoors with events that allow participants to go on an outdoor adventure while also reflecting on their internal environment. Some of our past events have included monthly full moon hikes, monthly new moon hikes, wellness retreats, snowshoe hikes and mindfulness paddles.
