We originated in 1972 as United Cabs. With Saskatoon’s growing population and to elevate our services we launched Blueline Taxi thus expanding to The United Group formation.

In 2001 we broadened our hospitality and partnered with Prestige Car Service with the motto ‘the difference between getting there and arriving!’
Then in 2018, we went a step further and amalgamated with Comfort Cabs and rebranded as riide. In our 50 years of service, we have always been the leader in the taxi industry as the first to introduce wheelchair-accessible vehicles, operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, technology in our vehicles and dispatch systems, APP and dedicated training for our drivers.

We are proudly based in Saskatoon and have added to our services Railway Gas & Convenience and Atomic Auto.
